Citycare Property Celebrates Retrofit of 150th Kāinga Ora Home in Wellington

We’re proud to announce a significant milestone in our partnership with Kāinga Ora – the handover of the 150th home to be delivered under the Kāinga Ora Retrofit Programme by the Citycare Property team in the Wellington region. 

This achievement marks more than just a number – it represents the hard mahi, collaboration, and dedication of our teams and partners, who have been instrumental in supporting Kāinga Ora’s mission to provide warm, dry, and secure homes to New Zealanders. 

Each home tells a story of local impact and improved lives. From Porirua to Lower Hutt to Strathmore and throughout the wider Wellington area, Citycare Property is proud to play a role in building stronger communities – one home at a time.
